What is the time duration for cancelling an order?
You can cancel your order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Once the order gets processed(shipped/dispatched), the cancellation will not be supported.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before it gets processed (shipped/shipped).
To change the shipping address –
- Go to the “My Order” page.
- Select the “review your order” option.
- In the address section, you can update the new shipping address.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an item in your order list-
- Log into your account on gurukulpublications.com.
- Go to the “My orders” page and identify the item you want to cancel.
- Click on the “Cancel” button provided on the page.
- Once your cancellation request is created, the cancellation process will begin as soon as possible.
